DOHA, the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, conducts hearings and issues appeal decisions in certain Department of Defense security clearance matters. These decisions help show how adjudicative guidelines are applied when concerns such as finances, foreign influence, personal conduct, or substance use appear in a clearance record.

The source decisions are public, but they are spread across thousands of individual PDFs. Clearance Cases is being built to help people interested in the clearance process search those records, compare how judges rule, and locate cases that are relevant to a particular issue or fact pattern.
